How can I get free shipping?
Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free EMS shipping! Combine multiple items – perhaps some Black & White Styles with Court Sneakers – to reach the threshold. Smaller orders can opt for our affordable $12.95 standard shipping.
Why was my payment declined?
This is usually due to: 1) Insufficient funds, 2) International transaction blocks (contact your bank), or 3) Billing/shipping address mismatches. Try PayPal as an alternative payment method if issues persist.

All orders ship from our Miami warehouse within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary:

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Both shipping methods include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your Block Heels or Basketball Shoes are dispatched. Track through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
While rare, delays can occur with international shipping. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. For lost packages, we’ll either reship or refund per our discretion.

We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for unworn, undamaged items with original packaging. Simply email us to initiate the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different size or style?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. Return your Animal Print shoes (following our return policy), then place a new order for your desired size/style. This ensures you get the freshest inventory available.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 3-10 additional business days).
