Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote areas):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend declaring packages as “Returned Goods” for potential fee reductions.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction matters as much to us as the craftsmanship of our boots, sneakers, and heels.
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn shoes or items without their original packaging. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our Miami-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement—typically 3-10 business days after we process it.
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return.
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- Standard shipping times apply for exchanged items (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn shoes or items without original packaging
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (these will be clearly marked)
- Customized or special order items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your stylish footwear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
